Pigment is implanted within the interlash spaces and along the natural lash roots to create the appearance of fuller lashes. The result must remain delicate, anatomically appropriate, and natural with the eyes open. A pronounced tail, decorative thickening, or any Shaded Eyeliner element is not permitted in this category.
